The Krank is the signature of the anonymous visual artist (b. 1988, Greece) who lives and creates in Berlin. His artistic journey began through music and painting in the urban environment and redefined after his studies in design and visual communication. In 2013 he left Athens and reintroduced himself as The Krank. Since then, he is expressing his worldview though the creation of stringent black-and-white paintings, sculptures, large scale murals and art installations. At the same time he is curating group exhibitions in industrial & abandoned buildings, giving a new perspective in the way of presenting art and the use of space.
